A collaborative space planning consultation package designed to help homeowners explore layout ideas, improve functionality, and gain clarity before committing to a full design package or construction project. Many homeowners begin with a Space Planning Consultation to explore their options. If you later move forward with a Timber & Bay detailed package, your space planning fee will be credited towards that service.

Ideal as the first step early-stage remodeling discussions evaluating multiple layout directions, or helping decision-makers align before moving into detailed design services/plans and investing in construction.

• if you are undecided and want professional planning starting point before committing to a full design package

• are working with a contractor and want to confirm the layout works before committing to construction

A detailed space planning and layout package developed for homeowners who are ready to move beyond conceptual discussions and into a more refined remodeling plan.

This package provides developed layout drawings, cabinetry and fixture planning, and contractor-facing documentation to support pricing, remodeling decisions, and project coordination. Developed in collaboration with you (and your contractor if applicable) this package is intended to guide remodeling decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

Perfect if you:

• are ready to move forward with your remodel (kitchen, bathroom, mudroom, or laundry space, etc.)

• want a well-thought-out layout before requesting contractor bids or construction begins

• want a clearer plan your contractor and trades can work from
